Refund Policy

As a long distance individual consumer, you have the right to cancel your order for 7 days after the point of purchase or point of receipt of goods, whichever is the longer. Cancelled undispatched orders will be refunded in full. Dispatched orders will be accepted for refund, within said period of cooling off time, upon return of the product/products with postage at the expense of the purchaser, provided the product supplied is unopened and undamaged and all other products are undamaged and unused. Refunds on dispatched products will not be issued prior to receiving the returned products in an acceptable and unused condition.

Roofsigns, Magnetic Side Panels and Lettered Products

Given the nature of lettering roofsigns and magnetic panels, it may be that what you receive is not pricisely in the format that you requested. We will endeavour to get the design as close to what you require as possible, however we cannot be held responsible for your product if upon receipt you are unhappy that what has been produced was not precisely what you required. Refunds are not available on this basis.

When applying magnetic products to your vehicle, ensure all surfaces are clean and free of grit. It's advisable to use protective covering on your vehicle rather then placing magnetic products directly on to your vehicle surface. We can not be held responsible for any markings, discolouring or damage to your vehicle. The magnetics on the roofsigns may need tightening by the purchaser from time to time. The roofsigns are designed to fit most vehicles, and if put on your vehicle correctly, will be secure at national speed limits. You may experience the roof sign rattling slightly when driving at high speeds or in windy conditions.

Visual Aids, DVDs and CDs

Whilst we endeavour to explain the content of what is on the products, we cannot be held resposible, if upon receipt, the customer feels that the information or layout is not to their liking. Refunds are not avilable for products such as these on this basis.
